Consultation Requirement

To ensure every treatment is safe and appropriate, Essenza requires a consultation prior to any new procedure. A $50 consultation fee is required at booking and is applied as a credit toward any treatment or service performed within 30 days of your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged a $99.00 cancellation fee. A card is required to hold your appointment.

Privacy Notice

Your privacy matters to us. Any health information shared with Essenza is kept confidential and used solely to provide safe, personalized care.

Website contact form. When you send a message through this website, we collect only the information you enter (name, email, phone, treatment of interest, and your message) so we can reply to you. Submissions are stored securely by our website provider (Netlify) and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form — we'll discuss your health history privately during your consultation.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. Embedded services (such as the Google Map on our Contact page and our online booking partner, Vagaro) are governed by their own privacy policies.
