Essenza Beauty & Wellness was founded on a simple belief: aesthetic care should feel as good as it looks. Fernanda Abreu was born in Barnstable, Massachusetts, and raised right here in Cape Cod — and has spent the last 10 years in healthcare, now pursuing her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner to deepen her scope of care even further.
That journey — nursing school, a passion for humanized care, and an eye for responsible aesthetics — led her to create Essenza: a space where care, connection, and real transformation come before anything else. Every treatment plan begins with an honest conversation, not a sales pitch, because the best results are the ones no one can quite put their finger on — you simply look like a more rested, confident version of yourself.
Fernanda is also a wife and mother — a reminder, in her own words, that choosing yourself is not vanity. It's strength.
